Tim is a divergent thinker who thrives on challenges and seeks team collaboration in discovering solutions. He is recognized for his transformational leadership style and is driven by the pursuit of connecting with and investing in the human element of organizations. Tim is a business professional with over 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, executive development, change management and consumer engagement. He leverages these experiences and expertise as an executive coach and consultant.
In addition to his consulting and coaching work, Tim is also a master facilitator, emcee, and keynote speaker. He has worked with companies and non-profit organizations across a multitude of industries including technology, automotive, social services, motorcycle, telecommunications, hospitality, food service, media, publishing, advertising, and financial services. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational management, a master’s degree in industrial organizational psychology and post-graduate certifications in behavioral assessment and positive psychology coaching.
Tim enjoys working with clients that appreciate a human-centered approach, have a growth mindset, are willing to partner as agents of change, and are interested in trying things that may put them a little outside of their comfort zone. As a member of the Centauric team, he enjoys the learning moments and opportunities that push him to hone his craft.
Outside of work Tim enjoys live music, cooking, camping with family, and riding motorcycles with friends.
