Sandro Iannicca, Ph.D.

Sandro helps senior executives and leaders of organizations become more effective in their roles.  As an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist with over 25 years of expertise, he has an extensive background in providing executive coaching, leadership development and strategic facilitation. He has worked with almost every major business sector and public organization, specializing in mid to large size organizations, and family or legacy businesses. Sandro’s work has taken him all over the world, including the U.S., Canada, Europe, and the Middle East.

Sandro enjoys working with clients that may find themselves restless, curious, and are continuously oriented towards improvement. He is also very engaged in client work that is challenging. Sandro finds the Centauric team to be a collection of highly skilled individuals who look at business and client impact in meaningful ways. He enjoys working with team members who are experience experts; those who value collaboration, growth, and development of their craft. 

Sandro likes to be pushed out of his comfort zone and wants to engage in experiences that he would not usually consider. He is on a hunt for peak experiences and strives to be in awe on a more regular basis.
