Nicole Zucker

Trained in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Nicole enjoys supporting clients with all matters related to psychological assessment, report design, content creation, data integration and interpretation, leadership development, and competency modeling.

Nicole has worked in a variety of consulting and advisory capacities over the last twenty years, including six years as a member of Hogan Assessment’s research and consulting teams. While at Hogan, Nicole spent the bulk of her time designing and implementing assessment-based talent management solutions, facilitating Hogan assessment certification workshops, and supporting Hogan’s network of partners. For the last fifteen years, Nicole has been a member of Hogan’s Coaching Network and serves as an expert reference and content creator for management consulting firms and organizational clients.

Although Nicole finds that every client engagement is uniquely interesting and enjoyable, she particularly enjoys client work that involves bridging the gap between ideation and execution. Nicole is inspired by Centauric’s mission and trusts members of the team to be incredibly wise, accomplished, dedicated and insightful.

 Nicole has extensive experience providing developmental feedback, and her written work forms the basis for many consulting firms’ and corporations’ leadership development reports. Outside of her work, Nicole enjoys WNY’s distinctly beautiful seasons and spending time with her husband, her two children and their dog Lucy. Along with her own hobbies and athletic pursuits, such as running marathons, she enjoys supporting her children in theirs.
