A psychologist with 20 years’ experience working in human development, including a focus on executive assessment and coaching, Susan has a deep understanding of human capital. Drawing from her extensive background in human development, psychology, linguistics and systems theory, Susan is cognizant of the leadership issues business executives face today.
Although Susan has expertise as a psychologist, coach and consultant, her specialty is working with international and US- based senior executives and high performers. In addition to her busy coaching and assessment practice, Susan regularly facilitates Hogan Assessment Certification and Advanced Workshops. Along the way, Susan has worked as a psychologist in hospital settings and taught Human Development and Personality Theory at Duquesne University.
Susan holds a B.A in Rhetoric and Communications from the University of Virginia, an M.A. in Psychology from Seattle University, and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Duquesne University. Her Postdoctoral experiences include training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and coach training with the Newfield Network.
Susan has worked with people in a number of organizations, including A.T. Kearney, The Boeing Company, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Citigroup, Dell, Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft, PepsiCo, REI and YUM! Brands, to name a few.
