She has spent 25 years in both advisory and talent leadership roles, rolling up her sleeves and collaborating with organizational leaders. Clients include Pfizer, Amgen, eBay, HP, Bank of NY, JP Morgan Chase, Caterpillar, and Orangewood. Recently, Holly served as the Talent Leader for Deloitte’s Consulting practice globally for 7 years, living its day-to-day practical organizational pressures and concerns while architecting high-impact, innovative people solutions to deliver proven business performance.

Holly is deeply passionate about family, democracy, global cultures and scuba diving and, like others on the team, is a happy expat in southern CA with a fondness for walks on the beach.
